Operate PixGala (create events, allow access, display content). Security, abuse prevention, and support. Product improvements and internal analytics. Legal compliance when applicable. Email marketing (per acceptance of Terms).

We may share data with necessary providers (hosting, storage, email, analytics) solely to operate the platform. We may also disclose information if required by law or valid court order. Important: within an event, Content may be visible to participants with access. US Memories does not control screenshots, downloads, or forwarding done by third parties.

If minors appear in photos/videos, the Event Owner and the User who uploads the content declare they have parental/guardian permission. Any claim related to minors falls on them.

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, security, and compliance. Temporary retention in technical backups may exist.

By accepting the Terms, you consent to email marketing. You may unsubscribe at any time. Operational messages may continue.

We apply reasonable measures, but no system is 100% secure. We do not guarantee that third parties will not copy or redistribute content if they already have access.
